Rest is important, and we often don’t give that enough consideration when we schedule our busy lives. Not just sleep; times of rest and renewal are vital to our well-being. Rest should never be a privilege but rather a sacred right and a beautiful gift in each of our lives. Today we’ll consider how we can make more room for rest in our lives.
