Rent Space at UUCR

We welcome your interest in renting space at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Roanoke (2015 Grandin Rd. SW, Roanoke, VA 24015). The building is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Grandin Village and just minutes from downtown Roanoke. Our spaces include a large sanctuary seating up to 200 people; an inviting fellowship hall with a capacity for 80; a fully equipped kitchen; and several small meeting rooms. Parking is available onsite and across the street in a small lot. See below for details.

Policy and Procedure 

Our Policy & Procedure document applies to all persons (members, friends, primary contact/renter, etc.) who request to use a UUCR space (room, parking lot, etc.). UUCR staff members are not required to complete a Facility Use Agreement if the space usage is in line with their required duties.

Facility Use Agreements 

Anyone renting our space must complete a Facility Use Agreement. (UUCR staff members are not required to complete a Facility Use Agreement if the space usage is in line with their required duties.) The agreement forms are available as PDFs via the links below, one for church members and another for non-members.
