Dances of Universal Peace You are invited to join us! Dances of Universal Peace (Dances) are a universal spiritual practice. The Dances are participatory. We use sacred phrases and names of the Divine from many traditions with simple dances and song to foster experiences of love, peace, unity, harmony and more. No experience is needed. All Dances and songs are taught. Come for all or part of the Dances. Feel free to participate according your ability and desire. We welcome children and youth who are able to respect the sacred space. The practice is at times quiet and meditative while raucous and joyful at others. We seek to cultivate and deepen our connection to the Divine. It is hoped that our experiences of peace, love, harmony and joy (and more!) will be carried in our hearts and spread in the world. The next Dance is April 21, 7-9 pm, UUCR Fellowship Hall. Dances held every third Saturday, 7-9 pm. For more information, call Rachel at 540-556-2233 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
